Our Village Hall is a valuable asset for our community providing facilities for social, educational and recreational activities for all ages.
The Hall is a registered charity (No. 523271) and has a PPLPRS music copyright licence. The Hall is administered by volunteers who are elected officers of the Hall Committee. The Committee meets at regular intervals throughout the year. If you would like to join the Committee, volunteer help or attend a Committee meeting, find out when the next one is by contacting any of the Committee members whose details are on the Information page.
The building consists of an entrance vestibule with ladies, gents and disabled WC, a main Hall (dimensions height floor to apex 4.88m, height floor to top of wall 3m, width 9.24m, length (excluding alcove) 12.85m), a very well equipped kitchen (8.43m x 4.68m) with crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. The cafe area is perfect for smaller more intimate meetings. There are collapsible tables (14 large 181x61 cms and 12 smaller 120x61cms), 100 chairs and some stools. Outside is a spacious car park and grass area that accommodates tents, marquees, bouncy castles etc.
