BODYMOTION Pilates can work for those living with injury and a range of health conditions or just wish to remain mobile and strong.
Our Pilates classes tailor the experience to each individual. The instructor will get to know more about your medical history and any existing
conditions by chatting, filling in specific forms and in some cases carrying out a one-to-one assessment prior to starting classes. This helps our
instructor to shape your routine and progression to your unique circumstances, so you get the most out of the class.
We keep class sizes small so you get plenty of attention from the instructor as well as the social and motivational benefits of group exercise.
The idea is to heighten your awareness of your own body - promoting strength and flexibility while avoiding excess strain on joints.
In fact it’s a great exercise for people with recurrent injuries or niggles.
We look forward to seeing you on the mat!
